Every apartment has its own form, and the unit number is already in the subject line in your inbox. The enquiry goes to the office, the responsible agent or alternately to two sales teams.

The finder shows the apartment, the images sell it. For “Am Klee” the renderings were made before construction began, and the same images then ran on the website and in the printed sales folder.

The price depends on two things: a 3D model or 2D floor plans, and how many units are attached. A 2D finder for a project with twelve apartments is considerably cheaper than a building model with sun position. We also check for free whether any funding fits you. You get the estimate in the first call, free and with a figure.

For a 2D finder we need floor plans, areas and prices. After that we show you the first version in two to three weeks. A 3D model adds the modelling, so allow four to six weeks once we have the plans.

The floor plans as PDF or DWG, a list of units with area, rooms, outdoor space and price, plus the renderings if you already have some. If something is missing, we tell you in the first call what the quickest way to get it is.

Yes. You log in in the browser, set a unit to reserved or correct the price, and the page shows it immediately. If you work with Justimmo, you keep changing things there and the website takes over the status automatically.

Yes, and for many projects that is the right choice. The 2D finder works with your floor plans: pick a floor, click a unit, view the floor plan and fact sheet. At Mengergasse 11 it runs exactly like this.

Yes. Model, filters and floor plans have their own mobile controls, not a shrunken desktop view. The model can be turned with one finger without the page scrolling away.

Usually yes. We either attach it as its own page on your domain or embed it in your existing project page. In the first call we look at what your website runs on and tell you which route takes less effort.

Then the finder becomes the reference. The page stays online, the units show as sold, and for your next project we swap the model and data instead of building from scratch.
