Property developer website: 16east Real Estate's review
Patrick Bacovsky · Property developer
„Since then we've received many more enquiries from clients.“
- Before
- The old website was outdated and no longer worked the way 16east wanted.
- What we did
- A modern website with a new brand identity and integrations with the property portals.
- Result
- Integrations run smoothly, many more client enquiries and only good feedback from partners.
- Funding
- 404media submitted the funding application; most of the cost was covered.
16east Real Estate GmbH isn't a classic agency for residential and commercial property; we're also active as a project developer. We buy properties in and around Vienna and manage these projects from the first idea to successful completion. Our old website was outdated and no longer worked the way we wanted, and 404media managed to build a modern, beautiful website. The integrations with our property portals now work smoothly too, and since then we've received many more enquiries from clients. Besides our website, 404media also submitted the funding application. We had absolutely no work with it and got most of the website's cost covered. We've had nothing but good feedback on the new website from all our business partners and clients. I can recommend 404media to anyone who wants a new website. Working together was smooth.
