Real estate agent website: LANDAA Immobilien's experience
Alexandra Samarskaya · Founder & CEO
„We have the coolest website out there.“
- Before
- The old website was outdated, barely interactive, and LANDAA was hard to find online.
- What we did
- A new website with property search and the Justimmo integration: listings appear on the site automatically.
- Result
- More enquiries, lots of client feedback, easier acquisition and no more manual listing upkeep.
- Funding
- 404media handled the funding application; LANDAA got €1,400 back.
We have the coolest website out there. Hello, I'm Alexa, owner and managing director of LANDAA Immobilien. The old website was definitely outdated and not very interactive for users. We weren't easy to find either. And what can I say? The new website is simply amazing. Since 404media built our new website, apart from being happy every day when I open it: we really do get more enquiries. We get a lot of feedback on the website from our clients, and acquiring new business has become easier too. The help with the funding was truly incredible. I didn't have to take care of anything at all. I personally like that a lot, and I got 1,400 euros back. Since 404media built our new website, we have absolutely no stress with updating listings any more. Everything runs through the Justimmo integration and we simply have a carefree life.
