Kleine Reißzeugfabrik
For the Kleine Reißzeugfabrik at Zehenthofgasse 20 we built the project website for 13 exclusive owner-occupied apartments in Vienna-Döbling. The building dates from 1880 and was once a workshop for fine drawing instruments. YOLO Architecture is now developing it into a residential scheme with history. The goal was a presence that tells this story and, at the same time, quickly guides buyers to the right apartment.

3D apartment finder & project presentation
The centrepiece is an interactive 3D apartment finder where each unit can be selected directly on the building model, with floor plan, area, availability and price at a glance. Around it we designed a calm, high-quality look with generous visualisations that explain the project, fittings, wellness, medical practice and the history of the house. The mobile build keeps the apartment search easy on a smartphone too.
What changed
The Kleine Reißzeugfabrik website joins the history of the house with modern, sales-focused navigation. The 3D apartment finder makes the offer tangible, buyers find their apartment faster, and the way to an enquiry is one click away from every page.
