For the new-build project "Am Klee" we delivered a comprehensive sales campaign that joins digital and analogue channels seamlessly. The goal was to create a brand identity of its own for the property and to actively support sales both online, through a website, and offline, through high-quality print materials.

Cross-media branding & visualisation
We developed a tailor-made project design (logo, colours, typography) and created photorealistic renderings to bring the property to life. These visual assets formed the basis for the sales website and an exclusive sales brochure. That way prospects get the same high quality and emotional appeal on screen and on paper.
What changed
The presence for "Am Klee" is a highly efficient sales tool that creates a consistent brand experience through the interplay of web, 3D visualisation and refined print design. What mattered to us was designing a continuous experience: from the click on the website to leafing through the brochure, every detail fits together to position the project at the top of the market and speed up purchase decisions.
