For Smokeless Trade & Commerce we built a digital presence that brings D2C commerce and B2B distribution together on one clear, performance-oriented platform. The goal was to position the brand as a modern provider of tobacco-free nicotine products, build a sales-strong shop experience and, at the same time, integrate commercial outreach to retail partners, distributors and wholesale customers cleanly into the user journey.

The work
The challenge was to create a shop that gets end customers to the product quickly and also shows B2B prospects the company's capabilities clearly. We combined clear product presentation, strong conversion elements and precise corporate communication around distribution, quality and market expansion. An online shop becomes a platform that supports sales, brand building and wholesale lead generation at once.
What changed
Smokeless Trade & Commerce combines e-commerce, brand management and B2B sales in one presence that is clearly geared to performance, growth and scalability. What mattered to us was not to think of commerce in isolation: the platform brings product storytelling, sales and partner outreach together in one consistent digital experience and so creates a solid base for further growth.
