For Julia-Susanna Mende we built a practice website that combines therapeutic expertise with calm, clarity and humanity. The goal was to structure a sensitive range of services for children, teenagers and adults clearly, build trust from the first page contact, and position the practice as a modern, evidence-based point of contact with a personal approach.

The work
The task was to present a sensitive field digitally in a calm, accessible and professional way, without creating distance or clinical coldness. We structured treatment areas, therapeutic approach and contact routes in a clear user journey. Special focuses such as the evidence-based approach and the use of virtual reality were integrated so that they strengthen differentiation and trust at the same time.
What changed
The new Julia-Susanna Mende site creates a protected first digital contact and translates therapeutic expertise into a clear, trustworthy brand presence. What mattered to us was balancing sensitivity and structure: the website guides calmly through services, approach and contact, conveys safety and, at the same time, positions the practice as modern, human and professionally grounded.
