For Grabner & Lachout Zinshaus GmbH we developed an exclusive brand presence that gives the values of tradition and lasting value a modern look. The goal was an identity that appeals to owners of historic properties as well as investors and radiates competence in Vienna's sensitive Zinshaus (period apartment building) market.

Brand development & visual identity
We designed a classic, elegant corporate design from scratch, including logo, refined colours and characterful typography. The challenge was to interpret the historic theme of the Zinshaus in a modern way. On that basis we built a pared-back, high-quality website that conveys professionalism and discretion through clear structure and restrained aesthetics.
What changed
The new Grabner & Lachout brand joins the permanence of the Viennese Zinshaus with contemporary communication and creates an atmosphere of trust and handshake reliability. The project covered the complete redevelopment of the corporate identity and a web presence that underlines the company's expertise through minimalist design and a focus on the essentials.
